My husband and I just purchased a house and had the pleasure of working with Brian Delbenes from Good Neighbor Mortgage & Realty. Being a former homeowner I was familiar with the process and prepared for the stress that the process could bring. But our experience with Brian and his company was so smooth and efficient completely stress free. We inquired on a weekend about the approval process online. Brian responded that day and had us approved with the letter by the next day. It allowed us to look at our, now home and put in an offer on the same day. He was extremely prompt at answering all of our calls and emails. Even on the weekends or late nights when no other Banks or Brokers would even be available, Brian responded right away. He took complete initiative when it came down to the lenders requesting conditions on the loan. He prepared all the letters so that all we had to do was sign and fax. Brian made it possible to do everything by fax or email, which was essential since we live in Fort Bragg, Ca. I can honestly say it was a completely stress free process and I would highly recommend Good Neighbor Mortgage and Realty to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home. Best service I have ever had!
