I was buying my first house – didn’t really know where to start, so I reached out to my real estate agent who recommended a handful of lenders to work with. I talked to a couple of them, but Brian was very easy to communicate with, so I decided to go ahead and get pre-approved for a loan. I’m glad I made my choice – Brian was not only patient, but he helped me to custom-tailor a solution for my financial situation. Everything happened really fast after that. We even closed early! I had a chance to talk to two other agents from large bank institutions, but was turned down by their attitude. I had a very positive experience working with Brian!
